PulseGivers is a global humanitarian organization dedicated to connecting compassionate donors with critically ill patients who cannot afford life-saving care.
PulseGivers was founded by Irfana Aslam — someone who has spent her life witnessing people suffer from illnesses that are treatable, but unaffordable. Patients who cannot afford surgery. Families who watch their loved ones deteriorate because a hospital bill is out of reach.
The organisation started with a simple, unwavering belief: if people with the means to give could be directly connected to people with the need to receive — without bureaucracy, without overhead, without delay — lives would be saved.
Every case on PulseGivers is personally reviewed. Every dollar is tracked. Every donor receives a personal update from their patient. This is not just a website — it is a direct lifeline between human beings.
Every transaction is documented and published. Donors have the right to know exactly where their money goes — to the dollar.
Every patient case is verified through medical records, a doctor's letter, and a home visit before a single dollar is raised. We protect your trust.
PulseGivers covers all operational costs separately. This is a promise: 100% of every donation goes directly to the patient. Always.
Pain does not have a passport. We accept donors and patients from every country. Compassion has no borders.
When a child needs surgery in two weeks, we do not wait. Verified urgent cases go live and are funded as fast as possible.
Patients are people, not charity cases. We tell their stories with their full consent, protecting their dignity and privacy throughout.
Patients apply online or are referred by hospitals, doctors, and community workers. Applications are accepted from any country. Each case is carefully screened for urgency and genuine financial need.
Once a case passes initial review, we contact the family, collect full medical documentation, and where possible arrange a home or hospital visit before publishing the case.
Once a case is verified and funded, money is transferred directly to the hospital, pharmacy, or treatment centre. Patients never handle cash. This protects both the donor and the patient.
Within 48 hours of every disbursement, we collect receipts and update the case file. Donors receive a personal written update — and often a message from the patient — within two weeks.
