Patients apply online or are referred by hospitals. Each case is verified through medical records, a doctor's letter, and a home visit before any funds are raised.
Yes. We accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Wise transfers (USD/GBP/EUR/AED/CAD), and international bank transfers via SWIFT/IBAN. Donors from 30+ countries already give.
Every donor receives a receipt within 24 hours and a personal update from their patient within two weeks of disbursement.
Patients or their families can submit a case online via our Apply for Help page. We respond within 5 working days.
We accept USD, GBP, EUR, AED, CAD and all major international currencies via Wise bank transfer. HBL bank transfer is available for Pakistani donors.
Remaining funds are held for that patient's follow-up care. If no longer needed, donors are offered a redirect to another case or a full refund.
