What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major international currencies via Wise bank transfer — USD, GBP, EUR, AED, CAD, AUD and more. HBL bank transfer is also available for Pakistani donors. We also accept cash hand-delivery in Lahore by prior arrangement.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept USD, GBP, EUR, AED, CAD, AUD, and most major world currencies via Wise. HBL bank transfer accepts PKR for donors in Pakistan.

Can I donate Zakat or Sadaqah through PulseGivers?

Yes. Donating to verified critically ill patients in genuine need is widely considered a valid and highly rewarded form of Sadaqah. Many Islamic scholars also consider it valid Zakat when the patient meets the conditions of need. 100% reaches the patient.

Is my donation secure?

Bank and Wise transfers go directly to our verified account. Our website uses HTTPS (SSL). We never store any card details. All transfers are fully traceable.

Will I receive a receipt?

Every donor receives a confirmation email within 24 hours and a personal photo update from their patient within two weeks of disbursement.

Can I donate anonymously?

Yes. Leave the name field blank or write "Anonymous." Your details are never shared publicly.

Can I donate for a specific patient?

Yes. On the Donate page, click any patient's "Donate Now" button or mention the patient name in your email to donate@pulsegivers.org.

What if I want a refund?

If a patient case is withdrawn before disbursement, donors are offered a redirect to another case or a full refund within 7 working days.

Patients & Verification

How do you verify patients?

We collect medical records, a doctor's letter, a hospital cost estimate, and applicant ID. For Pakistan-based patients, we also arrange a home visit before any funds are raised.

How long does verification take?

We review all applications within 5 working days. Urgent/emergency cases are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

What types of illness do you support?

We support any critical, life-threatening illness including cancer, kidney failure, heart conditions, spinal conditions, severe infections, and rare diseases. Chronic conditions requiring ongoing treatment are also considered.

Do you only help Pakistani patients?

No. We accept applications from patients in any country. Our donor base is global and so is our mission.

How can a patient apply?

Via our Apply for Help page. The 5-step form takes about 15 minutes. Patients can also call our WhatsApp number and we will fill the form on their behalf.

Can I refer a patient on someone else's behalf?

Yes. Family members, doctors, social workers, and community volunteers can all submit applications on behalf of a patient.

Transparency & Trust

Where do the funds actually go?

100% of every donation is disbursed directly to hospitals and pharmacies. Funds never pass through patients' hands. We collect receipts within 48 hours.

Are you a registered charity?

We are in the process of formal nonprofit registration in Pakistan. Until then, we operate as a community initiative with full public financial transparency.

How do I know my money reached the patient?

You will receive a personal update — including a photo and written message from the patient — within two weeks of disbursement. Monthly reports also list every disbursement.

Who pays for your operations?

The founder covers all administrative, operational, and hosting costs personally. Zero percent of donations is used for overheads.

Can I see your accounts?

Yes. Monthly disbursement reports are published on our Impact page, listing every donation received and every payment made.

Still have a question?

We read and respond to every message personally.
